How long will it take to receive my order?

Our standard printing time for Wedding Invitations for all printing methods is 6 weeks. We do offer rush printing options in our Upgrades section.

Keep in mind, this does not include proofing time, which can take an additional 2-4 weeks. 
We recommend you order your invitations at least 2.5-3 months before you want to mail them.

Wedding Invitations: 6 Weeks 

Wedding Day Extras: 3 Weeks 

Save The Dates: 4 Weeks 

Birth Announcements: 3 Weeks 

Bridal Party Cards (Non-Custom): 1-2 Days 

Samples and Swatches: 1-2 Days 

Envelopes and Liners: 2 Weeks 

Belly Bands and Tags: 2 Weeks 

Business Cards: 3 Weeks 

Can I contact you directly with questions?

ABSOLUTELY!! You can email us directly at info@justinviteme.com with any questions!

Do you do out of state orders?

YES! 80% of our business is out of state orders. All business is through email and samples in the mail to leave you assured you know the exact quality you will receive.
  

What other services do you offer?

The sky is the limit. We can print just about anything - seating charts, table numbers, placecards, programs, signs, favor tags, etc. We've also been known to do the odd favor orders, unity candles and design. If you wonder, just ask!
 

Can you do custom designed stamps?

Yes! I can easily create custom stamps to match your invitation theme. Postage charges would be part of the quote and would need to be paid in full before hand. (Note that these stamps cost a bit more than the standard)

Where do I put in my wording?

No wording is necessary to place your order. We will contact you after your order is processed to get color and wording information. That means, you can still take advantage of our special deals even if you aren't ready with your invitation wording.

 

Can you do custom design?

Absolutely! However, due to the large number of clients we serve, we only take on a few custom projects per year. Please Contact Us to find out if custom options are available.

 

Do you ship to ___________ ?

We are located in the United States and do ship to all 50 States. We have also shipped to Canada and Australia in the past. We are open to shipping to additional countries, but ask that you email us first for a shipping estimate. The customer is responsible for any taxes or tariffs. 


Why is shipping so expensive?

We ship our orders with insurance and signature required for everyone's safety. Our printed invitations tend to be heavy and require larger boxes and occasionally two boxes. 

Do you have a store that I can come and visit?

Yes, we do! We recently opened a fabulous studio in Schaumburg, Illinois, right near Woodfield Mall. We are open on an "Appointment Only" schedule, so please Contact Us if you are interested in coming in to see samples and paper swatches!

Where do I put in my discount code?

Once you pass the payment screen where you type in your payment info, you will be taken to the next screen, and the discount code box will be there.
